Support tickets
Members can submit a support ticket and track replies from the TrAPP support team inside the app on the Support page. Signing in is required so replies stay attached to your account.
Purchases and receipts
Payment receipts are available in Settings → Receipts, and purchase history shows your purchases and remaining activity caps. For anything else about a purchase, email us with the date and amount and we'll help.
Group and institutional pricing
Group and institutional pricing is available — email us to discuss rates for your team or program.
